We contacted Sunny as he was used by someone we know. He helped us through the process of selling our home. Recently it has become extremely difficult to obtain financing and he was still able to find a buyer for our home after multiple offers falling through. We appreciate all his help from finding contractors to complete house improvements to providing staging and cleaning of our home. He made himself available at all hours and kept a positive attitude. We highly recommend him to anyone who wants to sell their home.

When we were ready to sell, we had a few realtors to interview. Sunny is the first one and the last one we interviewed. We trusted him right away and knew he was going to get the job done. And he did! His team was at our house the day after to help us with staging and his photographer took beautiful pictures. He gave us precious advice along the way and he REALLY looked after us.
