A few months ago I decided to look up the top agent in Brampton and Sunny Perwal's name came up. I decided to give him a call and get a feel of his knowledge. After meeting with him and Sunny giving us his whole history of when he came to Canada and the many jobs he had before becoming a realtor, we found it very intriguing. Now down to business, he showed us his professionalism, his knowledge of the area, came prepared with statics of the area. We were very pleased and a week later I called him back and said "Sunny come list my home" Sunny showed nothing but true compassion for us and you can tell he was in it to please his customers. He told us what to expect and let me tell he was spot on! Our home sold in 7 days and we were very pleased with he whole experience. Sunny is great at his job. He sold two of our homes. The last one, very recently. We had terrible experience with the first realtor and barely had any showing. So we fired her and hired Sunny. The moment we hire Sunny, we had showings almost EVERYDAY! He sold our house in barely a week in this market for a great price!! We had 4 offers a week!!! He has provided his usual support: staging and cleaning staff! Excellent job. Other realtors should take lessons from him. Sunny is hard working and very competent at his job. Hire him!
