Sunny is great at his job. He sold two of our homes. The last one, very recently. We had terrible experience with the first realtor and barely had any showing. So we fired her and hired Sunny. The moment we hire Sunny, we had showings almost EVERYDAY! He sold our house in barely a week in this market for a great price!! We had 4 offers a week!!! He has provided his usual support: staging and cleaning staff! Excellent job. Other realtors should take lessons from him. Sunny is hard working and very competent at his job. Hire him! It’ll be one of the best decisions you’ll ever make.
