We spoke to different agents before we put our house in the market. when Sunny came to our house he is well prepared compare to previous agents that we spoke to . Me and my wife decided to picked Sunny among those agents to sell our house . We told Sunny that our neighbour's house was in the market for months and didn't see a sold sign in their lawn signage they just decided to take it out in the market. But Sunny and his brother Rajbir Purewal promise us that they can sell our house in 15 days . Promised fulfilled our house was flooded with too many potential buyers and we accept offered within five days.
