We contracted Sunny after interviewing several agents and receiving a recommendation from our niece who had used him in the past. We found Sunny to be very professional, someone who knows his business inside-out and we felt confident that he would do a great job for us. His services included cleaning and staging, both of which were very thorough and left the house looking great. The house sold within 5 days at a very good price. Sunny is a very effective negotiator, he understands the market extremely well, his commission is competitive, he kept us informed with what we needed to know. We're happy to recommend Sunny.
