I worked with Sunil to find a rented house for my family and me. We were new to Canada so we had no idea how things worked here. Sunil understood our requirements including work commute and day-to-day schedule. He was very proactive in booking the viewings. Also during the viewings, he explained things we should look for. He talked about the neighborhood and community. He answered all my stupid questions :-) gracefully. He also helped us with the commute as we didn't have a car. All in all, he is one of the greatest realtors to work with. I highly recommend him.

Sunil is a very calm and composed realtor who will never push a client to buy a property. He patiently notes down all the requirements you need and will do the showing accordingly. Always on time consistent with follow ups. A must recommend for first time buyers as I am one and he makes sure everything is in order and would do his due diligence before recommending any property. You can go a long way with him.

Sunil is well educated person and having in depth knowledge in real estate market. He is very polite and respectful. He educate the client before deciding the property based on the needs. He is practical and quick in approach. I fully recommend!!

Sunil is simply a brilliant real estate agent to work with! He comes through on everything you would expect out of your agent plus is an all round amazing individual too. Not only does he have extensive experience and an eye to see things normally people don't, he is extremely professional and patient, which is what you want in your agent. We saw a number of houses and were just not finding something that we felt met our needs and at any point we never felt rushed by him, he in fact insisted that we should keep looking and not compromise to just close a deal! He advised us on things we would not have even thought of considering and even in places where he had no obligation to. I would not only never use anyone else, I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a rock solid real estate agent!

Sunil was very professional throughout the buying process of my first home. He explained everything in a way that was easy to understand from making the offer, to working with the mortgage banker and the home inspection people. This made it really easy to move into my home in less than 2 months. Moreover, he was always available to answer our questions! He was absolutely wonderful to work with and wish him all the very best for his future projects!

It was a pleasure working with Sunil. Made us feel comfortable from the get go. He understood what style of home we wanted. Then emailed us a bunch of properties that was within our budget. He then booked the ones we chose the next day. He never pressured us about buying a property. He would actually point out negative things we might have missed about some of the properties we visited. Very honest guy. I would recommend to use him.
