Sunil is professional, courteous and easy to get along with and knowledgeable. There are just not enough positive things for me to say about our experience working with Sunil. Sunil helped us a house in Markham that we are happy to call our home. He gave us space to establish our own assessment/feeling for each of the properties we saw, but was sure to point out things we may not have noticed. He answered our calls/texts/emails within minutes and was always available. Sometimes looking for a home can be frustrating and Sunil always reassured us that he would find the right home for us -- and he was right. We found the perfect place.

Working with Sunil made my purchase of a new home easy. I look forward to working with him again in the future for the next project.
