Stewart has been providing me with real estate information for years. He was instrumental for selling my property at 7 Mountain Park Circle SE in Calgary in 1996. Today he still provides me with current updates in the real estate market. My family and I will rely on Stewart's expertise in any future real estate dealings we may undertake.

We have known Stewart Chyz for close to 25 years during which time he has helped us sell 2 homes and buy 3. Stewart is conscientous, hard working and very good company. We have no hesitation in recommending him in either capacity.

My second son was heading to Calgary to attend U of C for an architecture degree. This program is 5 years so it made the most sense to buy a home for him instead of renting…and so the search begins. Tanner started searching for homes and in a google search came across Stewart Chyz’s website. The online chat asked him if he required assistance...Yep! he sure did. What started was a terrific experience. You see Tanner is 20 years old and at no time did that matter to Stewart. He answered his questions, sent him homes to ponder and treated him so well. He skyped homes so we did not have to travel to Calgary and back to see each one as they came up for sale that we liked. He drove us around when we went to Calgary and took his time showing us all we wanted to see. He gave us as much time as we wanted at each home, and time alone to discuss each place. He answered text, emails, phone calls and researched anything we requested. He suggested offers and negotiated what was best for us. When we found the one, and our offer was accepted, we were so so happy. Stewart assisted us with utilities, lawyers, mailboxes and insurance questions. On possession day he arrived with card in hand and gift for us…when he is the one that deserved the gift. Exceptional realtor. Great person. Highly recommend him to anyone for purchase or sale of a home. I know when Tanner is making a decision 5 years from now about the home…if we decide to sell it then…I know who our realtor will be.
