When I started looking for a house in 2019, I went to an open house just down the street from where I was renting. The realtor who was working the open house that day was Stewart. After spending some time chatting with him, I determined he was someone I could work with. After exchanging contact information and letting him know what I was really looking for, Stewart started sending me information on the homes that fit me. After looking at several and putting in an offer on one home that didn’t work out, we went through the right home for me. Stewart prepared the contract and negotiated a good deal for me. Stewart was very patient through the process as I wasn’t rushing to purchase immediately. It had to be the right house. I have been living in home since August of 2019 and loving it. Stewart has stayed in touch and provides me regular updates on what is happening in my community. I have no problem recommending him to anyone who is looking with a good realtor to work with.

I met Stew in July of 2007 when he assisted me with the purchase of a condo in the Canyon Pines complex. Since that time, we have stayed in touch and Stew has provided me with frequent updates on what is happening in the complex. I have two condos in the complex and rent out one of them.
