Steve is one fantastic realestate agent! He takes his time to sit down with you and discuss all that he will provide for you and he did that and more! (Also with a sense of humour and gentle guidance.) He listens to what you are wanting and will devise a plan based on your wishes. Steve goes above and beyond for his clients making sure your house is advertised in many different ways, the pictures and brochures are professional and top notch, and he was amazing at negotiating an above listing price when the city was in a deep slump for house prices. Steve was there for you whenever you had questions day or night and made it a fast and painless sell. I have sold 6 homes now and so far, Steve has set the bar extremely high and I recommend him to all I know.

Steve was a very professional and astute. His tremendous knowledge and skills helped guide my family through the sale of two homes. One home was my mother's as she transitioned to an assisted care facility. As you can imagine that would be difficult for a senior leaving their home. Steve was caring and considerate to my mothers needs and requests. As for the sale of our family home, he was very calming in what could have been a most stressful experience.
