We were referred to Steve through a family member when we were looking for a real estate agent to sell our home, and help us find another. My stress level was high and I was honestly nervous dealing with anyone that I didn't know. Let alone someone who was going to sell our home I didn't know. There were so many unknowns about where to start the process, how to plan, prepare and follow through. Steve helped us understand more than just real estate lingo. He explained in detail the whys and the importance of all aspects of the real estate market. Instead of stressing out and being overwhelmed, we felt comfort that Steve was navigating with us. We learned a ton about how property is valued, why this is good, that is great and how to make well informed decisions when the time came. Steve brought along a sense of humility and echoed how important it was to be represented in the real estate market, and did just that. There is so much more to being a real estate agent than a sign and/or a card. Steve has a manner of professionalism and enthusiasm that is off the chart. We refer to Steve as our Real Estate agent and would recommend him to anyone searching for an agent who defines the words "Exemplary Customer Service beyond Expectations"
