Steve was available at almost any hour during an extremely hot market. Yes he was busy with others during such a time, but still tried to make time for us and be flexible. Steve was patient and encouraging. We are young professionals who had an interesting range in price as interest rates changed in the 5 mo we looked around. Despite this he was patient, and encouraging. My husband is critical and analytical about Markets… and Steve took the time to chat with him. Steve is also such a fun time to hang out with, we honestly liked also hanging out with him ! Lastly, he provides an amazing gift basket at the end !
