We found Steve at a vulnerable time in our lives as we were 3 months away from having a second baby and had nowhere appropriate to live. It was post covid and mid interest hikes.. a strange time. Steve won us over for a bunch of reasons, one of which was his confidence working with first time buyers, and acknowledging that buying a home is a stressful, and an emotional ride and that his job was to keep a steady hand and honest insight when things feel scary and unsteady. He was able to guide us through the process quickly, and efficiently and helped us find the perfect place within only a couple of weeks, navigated the ins and outs of documents, timelines, financials, notaries, as well as some issues concerning the strata and current owners. Thanks to his advice we moved quickly and strategically, and felt we could 100% trust him. His sense of humou was refreshing too. A year later we are in our new home and we love it, and certainly would not have been here if he hadn't been our realtor! Thanks Steve, you were great 👍

Right from my call to Steve to ask if he would list the property, I knew I made the right choice. As I was stating the address, I could hear typing on his computer. He was already checking the area, what was for sale, what had sold and for how much. He had the info right away. He had a good idea of the ballpark within minutes. I knew then we made the right choice in realtors. He helped us with some staging and researched the whole building to be informative to possible buyers.
