Steve was incredible, he understood exactly what we were looking for in a new home and respected our itemized list of what we were specifically looking for and did not give on the search. His perseverance and patience paid off and he found us our perfect new home. He is a respectful tough negotiator definitely someone you want in your corner especially in this tough real estate market. Steve has a flare for staging and and eye for design, he staged our furniture and took some beautiful pictures capturing the essence and beauty of our small apartment. Steve had the advertising photos and an exquisite description of our apartment on various media sources, ads in the paper and his first open house planned by the end of the first day. Offers came in after the first open house and we signed a deal within the second day. We thank Steve for his calming demeanor excellent advice and really appreciate his financial expertise during the negotiations of our sale. I would highly recommend this Realtor if you are thinking of purchasing or selling.
