Mine was a raw property purchase, Steve went out of his way to bring himself up to speed on the site and we worked through access issues and distance for me to come to a decision. The negotiation was brief and the first offer was at the correct level for the listing and accepted. I will continue to use Steve for any future Real Estate business in that area.

Steve made our real estate hunting in the Campbell River/Courtenay/Comox area a very enjoyable experience. Since he is originally from Campbell River and moved back fairly recently to sell real estate, he had the local and historical knowledge about neighborhoods, new developments, etc. and was able to give us helpful insights on comparing the communities of Campbell River and Courtenay/Comox. We finally settled on a Campbell River residence after Steve showed us a good variety of choices in both communities. Though relatively new to the real estate field, Steve has a university background and varied experience working in kinesiology and as a personal trainer. We appreciated his excellent people skills and his honest, straightforward approach. We had some fairly specific requirements in searching for a new home and he worked hard to satisfy our unique mix of requirements that were outside the more normal "2-3 bedroom bungalow requirements" of a semi-retired couple. As a family man, he has a good appreciation for people's specific desires and requirements in finding a good home. We have no hesitation in recommending Steve to anyone searching for a good home in Campbell River and surrounding area.
