Steve grew up in Campbell River and graduated from Carihi Secondary before attending UVic and obtaining a Bachelors of Science Degree in 2004. He worked in the Health, Fitness & Rehabilitation industry in Calgary for over 10 years before moving back to the Island with his family in 2016.
Steve obtained his Realtors license in 2017 and had four productive years as a Realtor before transitioning into Real Estate Appraisal in 2021. After 3 years in the Appraisal field, Steve knew that his passion lies in helping others achieve their goals and re-licensed as a Realtor in 2024.
Having over 18 years experience in the fitness and real estate industries, Steve understands what it takes to help someone achieve their goals.
