We were seeking a Farm Realtor to provide insight into the Valuation of a farm property near Edmonton, AB. Happily, we connected with Steve LeBlanc through his FarmForSale.ca website. As described on the website, Steve provided a hands-on, customized service that he tailored to our needs. Steve listened, and understood what was needed for our situation. The information he supplied was timely, clear and enabled us to move forward. Although the farm is not listed at this time, we would not hesitate to call Steve if/when we decide the farm should be sold.
