Stephen came to us through a referral of a good friend of ours who sold and bought with him before. We met Stephen 2 years ago to discuss the sale of our home but our plans changed and we decided to pause the sale. Fast forward 2 years later our plans has changed again and we wanted to sell the home as soon as possible due to the sudden change in the market. We reached out to Stephen on Mar 3, at that time we still needed to get organized. Stephen met us right away and devised a plan to get the house on the market as soon as possible. He arranged for trades immediately to start working on the house. From repairs, repaint to staging and photos. Our home was in showing condition by Mar 24! And after just 7 days on the market, it’s SOLD for a great price! Other homes in the area are still sitting and some have been on the market for much longer. We are extremely delighted with the professionalism, organization and expert advice that Stephen provided and his guidance throughout. We left everything to him and he made it happen, in the shortest amount of time and least amount of hassle. Stephen helped us purchase our condo a few years ago and recently, we bought a new place so we need to sell our condo. Stephen helped us prepare the condo prior to selling, he gave us advice on what to do and how to prepare the unit to get maximum results. While other units are still sitting on the market about 50/60 days, Stephen was able to not only sell ours quickly, but also got us multiple offers when we didn’t anticipate that.
