Stephen helped us purchase our condo a few years ago and recently, we bought a new place so we need to sell our condo. Stephen helped us prepare the condo prior to selling, he gave us advice on what to do and how to prepare the unit to get maximum results. While other units are still sitting on the market about 50/60 days, Stephen was able to not only sell ours quickly, but also got us multiple offers when we didn’t anticipate that. We are extremely pleased with the result and would definitely use him again in the future. He’s experienced, professional and most important of all, took great care to the selling process. Stephen was there to give me a lot of guidance in terms of areas, buildings and features that would be suitable for my needs. When we began to look for properties, the market wasn’t as hot but by the time we were ready, the market had turned 180 degrees. We were getting outbid on a couple of units but Stephen found an off market property that is not only within my budget but also has all the features that I was looking for. He’s patient, knowledgeable and best of all, knows the market extremely well so that I didn’t have to fight and over pay. I came across Stephen online and scheduled a meeting with him as I was anticipating a potential sale of our condo. I also met with other agent during the selection process but felt the most comfortable to work with Stephen as I found him to be genuine, knowledgeable, with an extensive marketing plan and would be a tough negotiator who could get me the best price possible. Stephen and I worked together for a couple of month before I finally decided it was time to list the property.
