Once again, Stephen delivered! Our families have worked with him multiple times, and when our parents decided to sell their home, we didn’t hesitate to recommend him again. Selling for seniors is very different, and Stephen clearly has the expertise. From consultation to renovations, staging, and closing, everything was handled flawlessly. Even when issues came up before closing, Stephen guided us through with confidence. Our parents were extremely pleased and would wholeheartedly recommend Stephen, especially to seniors looking to sell or buy a home.

He recommended what to update on the condo, his team made all the needed changes that we agreed to at reasonable cost to make the condo look clean & attractive in relatively short time without us getting involved while keeping us informed at every step, utilized several different marketing avenues, and finally came through with a sale during a very slow January at a reasonable price in this dreary condo market. Stephen is the gold standard for selling condos like my dad's at Manhattan Place near Yonge-Sheppard. From our first meeting, impeccably dressed, he delivered an outstanding presentation with visual charts on current trends, Yonge-Sheppard comps, strategic approaches, and pre-calculated listing prices—leaving me with zero questions (rare for me!). Post-hire, he recommended (and I separately hired) full-service renovations—at extra cost—including a month-long top-to-bottom overhaul (deep clean, 3-coat painting, new lights/door hardware, enlarged kitchen-dining opening). He tracked every expense via a shared phone app and provided transparent updates via texts, emails, and calls (including my brother in the U.S.). Staging was warm and inviting with soft curtains and accessories; his YouTube video, virtual tour, and blueprints drew massive views fast. Showings booked instantly (email alerts for each), open house succeeded, and building flyers targeted locals. We hit our target price on the FIRST offer after just 2 weeks—immaculate prep, speed, and skills beyond belief. Unmatched detail, experience, and daily communication. Highly recommend!

We first met Stephen when we moved into our current condo, which he managed. That was 4 years ago and Stephen was nothing short of amazing to deal with. So much so that when we wanted to take the next step in our lives, and purchases our first home, it was a no brainer for us to choose Stephen as we had already built a relationship with him. And after visiting nearly 20 homes, we decided to pivot to searching for a larger rental, which again, Stephen was extremely accommodating and helped us through that process also, ultimately finding us a new place to live.
