We’ve had three real estate transactions with Stephen, and he was fantastic to work with each time! His knowledge of regional home markets and neighborhoods really helped us maximize the effectiveness of our search for our new home. Our search took over 4 months and we visited over 40 properties, and not once did Stephen pressure us into making a rushed decision. His team staged our condo for sale and captured the photos brilliantly to help us secure a sale despite a rough sellers’ market. Stephen helped me purchase my condo 13 years ago! I’ve truly enjoyed living here, but it’s time for a larger home. I contacted Stephen to help with the sale. Stephen gave me a lot of great suggestions to make the unit feel more spacious and welcoming. We updated the light fixtures, repainted some high-traffic areas, and relocated some furniture. Stephen also brought in staging accessories, paintings, etc., to make the whole unit show much better. In the end, we sold it in just 7 days!
