Very professional, thoughtful and efficient. We have been guided step by step and things were made very simple for us. Steve took care of everything, from dealing with Stata and documents, to taking care of the photos and the space plans. Everything was done fast, efficient and it was exceptionally taken care of. We have worked with Steve and Brian for years. Brian helped me purchase my first home. We really appreciate their no pressure, consultative and helpful style. They are always available to answer questions and provide guidance on market trends, and to book showings. Always quick to respond and very helpful in negotiating and communicating with the selling agents, as well as a knack for finding out details about the property so that we can make informed decisions about whether or not to make an offer. They were also extremely patient with us for the duration, as purchasing in Vancouver during COVID was a longer hunt than typical if, as a buyer, you were not willing to give in to a bidding war scenario.

Steve was very professional and knowledgeable guiding us through the current marketing conditions. He was able to sell our place very quickly and for the price we wanted. We appreciated the extras he provided which included staging advice and professional partners to do pictures and virtual reality tour. We would definitely use Steve again when we buy another place!

The Macdougall Team is awesome! Brian and Steve are polished and demonstrate much professionalism as they demonstrate their experience in their field. They knew my neighborhood, providing well documented comparables whist taking into account both less desirable issues such as age and condition of the building and desirable issues such as suite updates and location. They negotiated a price well above asking even though there was a lesser offer! Brian and Steve are courteous, returned communications in a timely fashion and were always spot on with their advice. Their recommendations with respect to Staging and Moving companies was also spot on. The Real Estate market, was for the most part, flat during COVID, especially in the downtown core. I interviewed two other Real Estate Teams before engaging Brian and Steve. Both were way off in what value they saw in my building. Getting the price I did, during such turbulent times, demonstrates I made the right choice. I highly recommend the Macdougall Team and intend to stay with them....if they will have me!! :)
