He made me feel comfortable, providing multiple angles and views when I had uncertainties and ensured that I understood every bit of paperwork, never moving on to the next subject without my confirmation. He was patient, spoke in terms and language that I could understand, and was incredibly punctual and communicative with any questions or answers and any changes that had occurred.
