My experience was not a good one. I was grateful that he had knowledge of his profession, that was appreciated, and he was very honest about things that needed to be done before selling. However, I do not feel that he was at all professional with his conduct. Initially he did not even have the right address for the property I was selling. While walking around, although comments may or may not have been valid, they were not addressed professionally and felt very judgmental even to the point that a comment was made about a syringe (and medicine bottle) for medicine for my cat that was in my cupboard, left me with the feeling like it was implied I was participating in illegal activities On many viewing dates, even though I was already out of the house, the realtor showed up 30+ minutes or more before viewing leaving me to feel rushed. When a deal was made, my realtor did not make me feel good about it but rather like I should have been surprised and elated and grateful for what I did get. Overall, not a good experience at all. Glad it is over and completed.

He was very thorough, knows his market well. Was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Negotiated as I requested. Happy to have signed on with him.

From the initial meeting, Stephen listened to our concerns and followed through. The photographs he took made our home look incredible and contributed to the quick sale. Stephen kept us updated, and we always knew what was happening.

Great knowledge and lots of patience as we looked at many houses. Market was challenging, but ended up with a house that suits my needs.
