Even in this competitive market she was objective about each house we visited (over 30) and ensured there was no pressure to the sale just sound advice and tactics of how we would approach the offer if interested. On the flip side when we sold our townhouse she did a thorough review of the price expectations and offered suggestions on how we should enter the market for the desire outcome. With the offers that had come in she helped us weight out the pros and cons of each and we ended up securing a sale of our townhouse in a day!
