We live in our dream home now, and it is thanks to Stam. He found it for us. At our very first meeting, at a local coffee shop, he took note of what we were looking for; in some ways he “read us” better than we read ourselves. He selected a few places for us to see the next day, and during the walk-throughs, he refined his understanding of what we did or did not like, and more importantly: he got to know us better and developed an empathetic sense of what kind of place we needed to be happy and to thrive, what type of space each of us imagined and hoped for. And so, already on the third day (!), he said: “I have a surprise for you”, and he took us to a house that literally ticked all our boxes, while at the same time far exceeding our highest expectations. We immediately knew this was the house for us; we put down an offer on the same night. This was of course just the beginning of the laborious transition from our old place to the new, and Stam was with us the whole way: from packing, through the sale of the previous house (getting it painted, fixed up, staged, cleaned and finally sold – within a week of going on the market!), through all the financial/legal procedures (arranging the mortgage, connecting with excellent lawyers etc.), through moving (a lot of stuff going into storage first, and then on to the new place, with top-level movers he suggested), and finally getting settled in our new home. And he literally was with us the whole time: personally – and there were periods when we’d see each other every day, for hours on end – and/or through texts and phone. Any concern, question or problem that would come up, we could count on Stam offering help or advice instantaneously. And speaking of advice: I don’t know how we – and especially myself – would have made it through this stressful transition process without his incredible support. It was like having some kind of sage near you, who would console, encourage, provide solutions any time you needed them. I cannot imagine a more positive example of his profession, and I will recommend him in a heartbeat to all my friends and family in the future. Our eternal gratitude to Stam!

Stam is an amazing agent! He made it possible for our family to find our dream home and sell our previous property. Our family knew we needed to upsize from our condo-townhouse but everyone in the family had different wants and needs and it all seemed very overwhelming until we started working with Stam! After the sale/purchase, he supported us through to the closing, connected us with a reliable and affordable lawyer and excellent contractors for painting and moving. He approached every step of the process with a positive, problem-solving mindset so we never felt like we were alone. We are recommending Stam to all our friends and would work with him again in an instant.
