So I wanted to take a moment to express my sincere gratitude and appreciation for Stam’s work in finding the right apartment for me. The whole process was so seamless thanks to Stam's incredible expertise, he went above and beyond and completely exceeded our expectations in every department. His efforts did not go unnoticed, I was really impressed with his professionalism and how he handled everything from start to finish. His attention to detail and commitment to finding the right apartment for me was evident throughout, and I'm truly grateful for his help and support. I had an amazing experience working with Stam while searching for my new apartment, he was incredibly friendly and responsive, making the whole process stress free and honestly really enjoyable. I needed to find a place fairly quickly and within just a few days he stepped up to the challenge and found me a place that suited everything I needed. He was also really understanding in letting me explore various options, all while keeping me updated about the availability of my favourite spot that I eventually chose. Once I made my decision, he acted quickly to ensure everything was in order. If you're looking for a brilliant, dedicated, personable, and committed real estate agent, look no further, I can't recommend Stam enough!

I recently moved to Canada and was struggling to find a place in Toronto. Worked with another realtor for 2 weeks with no results. Then I met Stam, and within a day, he found me the perfect place! He even negotiated a better deal and got me moved in faster than expected. It is super easy to work with Stam, he explains all the details and available for chat at any moment. I highly recommend him as an agent!

We live in our dream home now, and it is thanks to Stam. He found it for us. At our very first meeting, at a local coffee shop, he took note of what we were looking for; in some ways he “read us” better than we read ourselves. He selected a few places for us to see the next day, and during the walk-throughs, he refined his understanding of what we did or did not like, and more importantly: he got to know us better and developed an empathetic sense of what kind of place we needed to be happy and to thrive, what type of space each of us imagined and hoped for. And so, already on the third day (!), he said: “I have a surprise for you”, and he took us to a house that literally ticked all our boxes, while at the same time far exceeding our highest expectations. We immediately knew this was the house for us; we put down an offer on the same night. This was of course just the beginning of the laborious transition from our old place to the new, and Stam was with us the whole way: from packing, through the sale of the previous house (getting it painted, fixed up, staged, cleaned and finally sold – within a week of going on the market!), through all the financial/legal procedures (arranging the mortgage, connecting with excellent lawyers etc.), through moving (a lot of stuff going into storage first, and then on to the new place, with top-level movers he suggested), and finally getting settled in our new home. And he literally was with us the whole time: personally – and there were periods when we’d see each other every day, for hours on end – and/or through texts and phone. Any concern, question or problem that would come up, we could count on Stam offering help or advice instantaneously. And speaking of advice: I don’t know how we – and especially myself – would have made it through this stressful transition process without his incredible support. It was like having some kind of sage near you, who would console, encourage, provide solutions any time you needed them. I cannot imagine a more positive example of his profession, and I will recommend him in a heartbeat to all my friends and family in the future. Our eternal gratitude to Stam!

Stam is an amazing agent! He made it possible for our family to find our dream home and sell our previous property. Our family knew we needed to upsize from our condo-townhouse but everyone in the family had different wants and needs and it all seemed very overwhelming until we started working with Stam! Everything was so easy and comfortable throughout the whole process thanks to his support. He found great listings that matched our needs, had thorough knowledge about the real estate markets in the GTA, and took the time to listen to our thoughts about each property (listening and connecting with people are Stam's superpower). For our sale and staging, he did an excellent job bringing out what was unique about the property and who the potential clients were, so that it sold quickly and for more than list price even in a tough market for condo sales. After the sale/purchase, he supported us through to the closing, connected us with a reliable and affordable lawyer and excellent contractors for painting and moving. He approached every step of the process with a positive, problem-solving mindset so we never felt like we were alone. We are recommending Stam to all our friends and would work with him again in an instant.
