I found Spencer through a recommendation by a friend, in which at the time he was currently using him to find a residential property to buy. I reached out to Spencer, and immediately he scheduled a time for us to get together, where we spent several hours talking about what I was personally looking for. Within the next day, he scheduled several showings where we spent almost all day viewing different properties to see which one fit my needs. Even though I still wasn’t satisfied, he didn’t give up on finding me the place I was truly looking for. The following day, he scheduled more viewings for different pieces of properties, in which I was very happy with one property that we eventually signed a deal for. Spencer was a pleasure to deal with, and in the near future I will recommend him to anyone looking to purchase their dream home.
