I live in Vancouver Bc, so I did not have much knowledge about the Calgary market. Then Spencer came into picture when I was looking for a property in Calgary. He was so active, whenever we needed him for any information he was always there for us with a quick response not only that he actively send new listing of properties everyday. We had many virtual tour he gave us very good insights about the property he has all the answers for our questions. He shows clear understanding about the facts and condition of the property.
