Catherine and her Team were fantastic at their job in selling my home. From the moment they walked in to the suggestions on what to fix and cleanup. The staging process made a big difference. This was the easiest "selling of the home" I've ever gone through. When I sell my next house, I will definitely contact Catherine.

We cannot recommend Lisa Paton highly enough! Lisa helped us find our ‘forever home’ and navigate through this real estate purchase as well as the sale of our current home. It is incredible how little time is really spent making the largest purchase in ones life as a result of not only the pressures to make decisions in a timely manner but also the need to make offers with little to no conditions in order to secure an acceptance on an offer. Throughout the sale of our current home Lisa was patient, highly knowledgeable about the current market, the ins-and-outs of buying/selling homes, and was incredibly flexible and accommodating. When finding our forever home Lisa was patient with our ever changing minds about what we were looking for, how much we wanted to spend, and offers we thought we wanted to make (sorry Lisa!!). Throughout both the sale of our current home as well as the purchase of our forever home Lisa was always generous in giving detailed feedback, helping set realistic expectations throughout the process, and basically guided us through every step of the way. We are tremendously grateful for her guidance. Lisa was professional and responded quickly whether by email or text. Also important to us was the fact that she put absolutely no pressure on us and provided information in an even-handed, non-judgmental manner, and was unfazed by several course-changes along the way. After going through both the buying and selling phases with the Trentadue Torres team we could not be happier and could not have imagined doing this with anyone else. From the moment we first touched base with the team, Sonya and Dolores were very prompt with returning each of our messages and made time to meet with us shortly after that first communication with them. We were very impressed with their presentation and were sold from our first meeting with them. We were always one of the first prospective buyers in any home we were interested in and that truly meant a lot to us. When we went to see homes they were extremely thorough in going over everything that they saw. It was almost like having a pair of home inspectors with us on every visit! Their advice, knowledge, and honest opinion were invaluable throughout the whole process. They were so down to earth and have an amazing sense of humour that we sincerely enjoyed every minute we spent with them. In the end they found us an amazing home and we could not be more excited to move in. Perhaps the most disappointing aspect of the whole process is that they found us such an incredible home that we likely will not be moving for many years and will miss our interactions with them! We sold our house fast and over asking without it even hitting MLS. From a coming soon post on their social media.. they showed the house, got an amazing offer and it was sold. Through this uncertain time with Covid, it was extremely smooth and stress free. Dolores and Sonya and the rest of team went above and beyond. I’d recommend them every time.
