Being a first-time homebuyer in Toronto/GTA and having heard stories in the news about how hard it is for first-time homebuyers to enter the real-estate market, I was rather nervous about the entire home buying process. Luckily, I was introduced to Sonijya Raj through close family friends and got in touch with her and explained my requirements and budget. Sonijya and her team were brilliant in first shortlisting condos in my preferred areas as per my requirements as well as introduce me to new neighborhoods that might fit my needs. Sonijya and her team ensured that they booked the viewing in such a way that worked around my schedule. During the condo visits, Sonijya explained the details we need to look into while buying a condo and educated me about the entire buying process and upkeep of the condo etc. Within a few weeks, she helped find the perfect place that I would like to call home. Then the team got to working on the paperwork and has made the entire process so smooth and stress-free. Further, the team also helps with condo inspection, lawyers, mortgage approvals, movers, cleaners, so they are definitely a 1-stop place for all your realty needs. Based on my experience, the team is extremely trustworthy, reliable and caring. I would certainly go back to Sonijya and her team for my future real-estate needs!
