As First Time Home Buyers, Team Sonijya Raj (TSR) was amazing to work with right from the beginning up until closing on our beautiful townhouse in Pickering, ON. Sonijya Raj and Bavi worked tremendously well to work within our parameters, and helped us secure the home at a great price, while keeping within our budget. Team Sonijya Raj is thoughtful and considerate of every detail when it comes to your home, and even helped arrange vendors to clean our house (including duct & carpet cleaning) making it move-in ready.
