Sonia has been fantastic from day 1 with us. As first time home buyers, we had a lot of questions. She went above just answering them with backing them up with either articles or documentation pertaining to the questions. Her organization skills were fantastic. We never had to follow up with a showing, offer, or any of the legality matters. She made the system very easy to navigate as a first time home buyer and made sure we knew all the facts.

Sonia is an amazing professional Realtor to work with. She knew the property very well as she had sold several units in this complex. When we first met, she had all the information about our property and sales history in the complex. She took care of reaching out to the Property Management company to obtain all the necessary documentation. She kept us informed of everything that she would be doing to market the property and we were all totally in agreement when it came to the list price (especially at this time of the year). She had a photographer take pictures & a video and made the property look like it was brand new. She fully informed us on when it would be listed, advised that she would be utilizing a lockbox and made sure that she had all the necessary items such as keys, codes and #'s for parking & storage, etc. She notified us right away when showings would take place and whether offers on the property were reasonable or unreasonable. We would absolutely refer and recommend Sonia Mason to our acquaintances. Thank you Sonia for making this an exceptional experience. Sonia was absolutely professional and down to earth. Her communications with us regarding the Oliver BC market, trends and local neighborhood knowledge were very beneficial to us.
