But the characteristic that I came to value the most, was Sonia’s excellent communication skills. She was always available to talk, and was happy to answer any of my questions throughout the process. Sonia displayed all of the above qualities. She returned calls promptly and was available to answer questions. She went beyond in researching and reporting to us the building’s previous problems. This made a difference and helped us decide to go ahead with the purchase of the condo, despite those issues.
