I’ve trusted Socrates with both buying and selling for many years, and I can say with complete confidence that I would never consider using anyone else. I’m sure his other clients feel the same, once you see how far he consistently goes, you realize you’ve found a realtor for life. Whenever I scroll through MLS listings and see places that look cluttered, empty, or just poorly presented, I can’t help thinking, “What exactly did their realtor do? They should’ve hired Socrates.” His team cleaned, painted, staged, and truly showcased our property. The result? We achieved the highest price per square foot ever recorded in the building. Meanwhile, I still laugh when I see listings where other realtors didn’t even bother to close the toilet lid before taking photos. More recently, Socrates helped me find a home that I’m absolutely thrilled with, at an amazing price. As a single woman, feeling safe and supported throughout the process meant everything. He guided me through each step, always checking in on how I was feeling about the decisions ahead. It made a huge difference having complete trust in someone so knowledgeable who genuinely cares. And as a bonus, after I took possession, he even saved me from making a few interior design mistakes, he has great taste in decor. Besides being incredibly good at what he does, he's a genuinely good person. You cannot go wrong with him.
