Working with Siu Ta is one of the best decisions we made during our home-buying journey. Siu goes above and beyond. She took the time to explain our options, answer every question, and provide honest guidance we could trust. When it came to such an important decision, having someone we could rely on made all the difference. Siu is unwavering in her professionalism. Siu drove 3 hours to view a house we were considering - arriving at night and doing the rounds to be sure we were well informed. She supported us before, during, and even after the sale. Navigating offers, coordinating inspections, or checking in after closing, is always stressful and it was a relief we had Siu on our team. We would recommend Siu Ta to absolutely everyone we know. It was great working with Siu in helping us find our dream home. She guided us in our journey and took into consideration our preferences, what we could handle in terms of maintenence and upkeep as well as a location that would work well for our daughter's school location and our work. When helping us sell our previous home, she was very knowledgeable in reading the market and what would attract buyers. She would also advocate for us when negotiating. Siu Ta acted as the real estate agent for the purchase of my first home, and came highly recommended by friends. Siu is extremely generous with her time, and although we looked at quite a few properties, we never felt rushed into making a decision. I always appreciated how honest she was about the properties we were looking at, whether she thought they were a good fit for me and the reasons why or why not, and her enthusiasm when we finally found the right property helped me to feel confident that I was making the right decision. She provided a thorough explanation of the paperwork involved, contacted the seller’s agent when I had questions, scheduled follow-up visits and conducted the final check of the property before closing. It is abundantly clear that Siu wants the best for her clients, and I always felt like I was in safe hands with her.
