Working with Siu Ta on our recent purchase of a co-op apartment was an absolute pleasure. Thanks to Siu’s patience, professionalism, openness, and knowledge, we felt like we were in excellent hands, so lucky to benefit from Siu’s expertise and care. I know that we would not have found our new dream home without her, and when it required very quick decisions and action, she was on it and made it happen. I am now selling my house and of course I’m working with Siu again. I cannot imagine a better combination of warmth, knowledge/professionalism, and care than what Siu brings to the table. Siu was such an amazing support system for me and my husband as we navigated buying a home for the first time! We were overwhelmed, naive to the process, and unsure of who to trust - it was such weight off our shoulders to have Siu in our corner and to feel so confident that she had our best interests at heart. There was a significant delay between our preliminary call and the start of our search (due to external factors) and Siu remained so patient with us during that time, checking in to make sure we didn't need any assistance but never rushing us. Siu is such a hard worker, always answered our messages promptly, was always on time, viewings were well organized, and she frequently went above and beyond during the search/sale/move-in/after move-in (offering to do a preliminary look and take videos if we couldn't make a viewing, offering to pick us up and drive us if needed, offering to help organize parking for our moving truck, addressing any questions we had even after move-in)! Most importantly Siu was completely transparent and honest with us, she took the time to really understand what we were looking for, offered professional guidance, and always respected our choices. Buying a home can be so stressful and having someone trustworthy like Siu on your team makes all the difference! We couldn't have hoped for a more kind and patient realtor and we are so happy with our new home!
