Simon is a true professional - attentive, diligent, thorough, and personable. Buying a property is a big decision - it involves a lot of your hard-earned money, and there are so many details, it would be very easy for something to go wrong. I never had a moment of concern with Simon - he was always on top of every detail and always one step ahead of my questions. I consider myself to be very fortunate to have found him and will definitely call on him for future transactions.

We had a pleasure to be represented by Simon. He was extremely courteous and professional throughout the journey. We finally found our dream home which was way out of our range, but Simon did a great job negotiating the price down for us. He maintained contact with us even after the purchase to check in how we are doing. His team also went out of the box to help us in gardening and junk removal that was left behind by the previous owner. Ps: he also surprised us with the apple pie just before the thanksgiving. In June 2022, I decided to put my house for sale. I met sales agents for a few different companies. I told Simon I already had an agent, but he took a chance and came by with no expectations. After a long conversation I decided he is the right person for me as he really listened and understood my needs. My house sold in less than 10 days for a very good price and I am very happy with the new house. Simon is extremely professional, knowledgeable and fast.
