I was introduced to Simon Pieta through Shaw Reality Group, Brokerage. When we met Simon in person I was pleasantly surprised to see how humble, knowledgeable, kind, honest and easy going he was. At the time we didn't know what style of home was best for our family and we were unsure of which city was best for us to call home. Simon was very knowledgeable about the cities we were interested in (Waterloo Region, Wellington County and Greater Hamilton area). Simon is hard working and never hesitated to visit any of the homes that were of interest, even if that meant travelling to different cities in a day. Simon, thanks for helping us find our forever home. We are internally grateful.

We had a pleasure to be represented by Simon. He was extremely courteous and professional throughout the journey. We finally found our dream home which was way out of our range, but Simon did a great job negotiating the price down for us. He maintained contact with us even after the purchase to check in how we are doing. His team also went out of the box to help us in gardening and junk removal that was left behind by the previous owner. Ps: he also surprised us with the apple pie just before the thanksgiving.
