I was introduced to Simon Pieta through Shaw Reality Group, Brokerage. When we met Simon in person I was pleasantly surprised to see how humble, knowledgeable, kind, honest and easy going he was. At the time we didn't know what style of home was best for our family and we were unsure of which city was best for us to call home. Simon was very knowledgeable about the cities we were interested in (Waterloo Region, Wellington County and Greater Hamilton area). Simon is hard working and never hesitated to visit any of the homes that were of interest, even if that meant travelling to different cities in a day.
