Since February 2024, I’ve had the pleasure of working with Sheri Lukawesky, from selling my previous home (which sold over asking!) to purchasing our new, larger home with her expert guidance and advice. We first connected with Sheri when she was the listing agent for a show home in the Glenridding area. As first-time home buyers, my wife and I initially planned to work with a different realtor once we got more serious. However, after meeting Sheri, her professionalism and warm approach immediately put us at ease. We shared our requirements for a new home with her, and she impressed us with her extensive knowledge. Especially her understanding of our specific needs, including our preferences for Chinese "Feng Shui" principles. We felt confident knowing Sheri had everything under control, and her expertise exceeded our expectations! That's not all. Without hesitation, I asked Sheri to handle the sale of my previous home as well, given the tight timeline I had before an overseas trip to China. Sheri truly delivered. Selling the home quickly and for nearly 110% of the asking price! Thanks to her, I was able to leave for my trip worry-free, knowing she was managing all paperwork and communication seamlessly, even while I was abroad for 3 weeks. What really stood out was her continued support after we took possession of our new home. She followed up to ensure any outstanding issues with the builder were promptly resolved. Her dedication has been exceptional. I can’t recommend Sheri and her team enough. Whether you’re buying, selling, or just browsing, I highly recommend Sheri.
