Great communication and was helpful to have with us when meeting/negotiating with our builder. She was also easy to talk to when viewing homes and helped us understand more about the community HOA fees.

While it did take longer than expected to find a a home (due the market trends and no fault of Sheri's), we felt the approach she took was patient and we never felted pressure or rushed. We also appreciated how she took the time to explain the nuances of buying a house and gave us clear instructions and expectations every step of the way.
