Sheri has helped us sell a few properties and has always been so helpful and easy to work with. She has also helped us find our last home, hopefully. It took a while and she was very patient with us. We kept changing what area and price range we wanted, even gave up looking and Sheri was always there helping us whenever we needed her.

Sheri was professional, knowledgeable, strategic and kind throughout the entire sales process. She was the second realtor I hired after our house listing went stale a couple months in, and I was feeling very defeated. She far exceeded any expectations I had. In the first weekend, we had 7 showings and ended up receiving 3 offers. We sold our house 3 days after our listing went live. Sheri overhauled the previous sales strategy, explained everything to me in a way that made sense, showed she’s aggressive at her job while also being empathetic and kind. We also received over asking with all 3 offers that were submitted, in a market/economy that wasn’t very hot at the time. It’s clear that she has great relationships with the people she interacts with as well, because when I bought my new home, the transaction was seamless, and the salesperson mentioned that she loves working with Sheri (not something you often hear from new home sales people dealing with realtors.) Selling and buying a home is stressful in and of itself, but is often accompanied by stressful circumstances. Sheri is a person I would highly recommend handing over the reigns to, regardless of the situation you’re in. It’s difficult to choose a realtor when these types of transactions are rare in your life, but I can confidently say that I’d happily choose Sheri again, and I would recommend her to anyone I know.
