We would highly recommend Shelley for anyone buying or selling a home. She helped us purchase a new house and sell our existing house. We found her to be very knowledgeable about the procedures and requirements for both buying and selling, great at timely and clear communications and helping with staging our existing home for selling.

Shelley is very knowledgeable, personable, efficient and responds to texts and emails in a very timely manner. In particular, she did an amazing job showcasing my bungalow condominium in a video. Many viewers of that video would have been motivated to come view my home in person. I also appreciated that she held two Open Houses and that she always provided prompt feedback to me following each viewing. Shelley is very friendly and nice, but at the same time has the backbone to be a very good negotiator. I highly recommend Shelley both for the purchase of your next home or selling of your current home. You will be glad you did!
