My wife and I were planning on selling our first property, but were hesitant given the challenges posed by the pandemic. Additionally, given our time constraints and lack of background knowledge in the area of real estate, we we needed someone guide us through. Luckily, a colleague recommended us to Shelley after a great experience she had working with her. Shelley saw us through the entire process from listening to our perspectives at the start, to providing advice and helping us make informed decisions at the end. She made herself available whenever we had a question or concern, and always had our interest in mind. We really appreciated her professionalism and would happily seek her assistance again.

Shelley is a fantastic realtor. She is extremely professional, knowledgeable about the market and very personable. Throughout the process she kept us informed about every showing and was very encouraging. This gal knows what she’s doing. I cannot recommend Shelley enough. We met her at an open house for a property she was representing, and she was so good and was going so far above and beyond, that we knew we had to ask her to help us find the property we wanted. She was so prompt, always answered everything quickly and correctly, she knew everything we needed and if she didn't, she would find out right away. She was an excellent negotiator and even when the sellers were being difficult she gave us excellent advice and was on top of things, always. When I sell my house she 100% will be representing us! If people even talk about buying or selling, I tell them I know someone they just have to use. I rarely do a review that is all 5 stars... but in this case it is totally true.

What Shelley did for my wife and I is just short of a miracle, as she sold our home and found us a wonderful condo during the pandemic of 2020. She came quickly and looked at our whole home and then came up with ideas that we had never thought of to show the beauty and versatility of our home. Whatever she suggested, we did. We personally believe it was Shelley's ideas that sold our home to the third viewer, in less than 2 weeks. She was a tireless defender for us, in negotiating the best selling price of our home and buying prince for our condo, as that is not our forte. If anyone is looking for an honest, dedicated real estate agent, this should be your first choice.

I found Shelley to be very professional, She communicated the whole house selling process very well. She was always available to answer questions and was very supportive and understanding, Her attention to details was excellent and her writing skills impressed both me and my family. I would highly recommend Shelley as a real estate agent. You won't be disappointed.

Shelley was an outstanding realtor from the time our place went on the market until we moved out and relocated. Shelley is so organized and is always preparing you for what is coming up. We always felt well informed and comfortable to call, email or text with any questions we had. She responded to us in a timely manner. Shelley goes above and beyond as a realtor. She is practical, skilled, knowledgeable, kind and caring. We felt that she had our back at all times. Everything she did, she did well (photos of our home, write up for the brochure, open house, for sale sign). She is also a great communicator and negotiator. Shelley is simply the best!
