I am happy to say we had numerous offers on our property, and with Shelina's negotiating skills we sold $4,00 below asking which was much more than I ever anticipated! Shelina was great. She got right to work immediately after our first meeting with options for viewings. She worked perfectly around our schedule. She kept us informed and up to date on all communication and new listings. She knew the neighborhoods and where we would feel most comfortable. She didnt pressure us on certain houses, she just pointed out the pros and cons of each. She was very quick with all the questions we had. The negotiation went so smoothly. It was a great experience.
