My realtor was outstanding in many ways. She is very knowledgeable about the industry in which she work. She is patient with her clients, she listens to what your needs are then work with your request to give you the best outcome.

I'm a return customer for Shelina, and would gladly work with her again if or when the time comes. Shelina put in a great effort and a large amount of time to make sure our property received the exposure we needed to sell. Her recommended pricing allowed us to sell within a reasonable time frame and we were happy with the outcome of both sale and purchase. She was quick to recommend and arrange services with other competent people and companies when we needed work done. We sold in Shelina's core market but bought outside of it. She made the effort to learn the area and we couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Shelina was great. She got right to work immediately after our first meeting with options for viewings. She worked perfectly around our schedule. She kept us informed and up to date on all communication and new listings. She knew the neighborhoods and where we would feel most comfortable. She didnt pressure us on certain houses, she just pointed out the pros and cons of each. She was very quick with all the questions we had. The negotiation went so smoothly. It was a great experience.
