Shelina was amazing throughout our selling experience. Being an ex-real estate agent, I had fairly high expectations, but she blew them all through the roof! Shelina was professional in every way, from the listing to negotiations through to possession day. Her team of professionals made things easy and she went above and waaay beyond my expectations. My past experiences with real estate agents were that they were attentive and responsive up until conditions are removed, then they disappear. Shelina is different - she was there throughout the entire process with her friendly face and offers of help. I highly recommend Shelina for all your real estate needs.

She is a professional with a lot of experience, knowledge, expertise, punctual, honest and best negotiating skills. She has a really good knowledge of the neighbourhood we were looking in and she would only focus on that not to persuade us into different areas. She has an excellent eye if something is wrong with the property and she always gave us an honest opinion. If she didn't know anything she find out and call asap. She never forced us to write an offer after a showing. She always said when the right house comes till then we keep on looking. She is always quick to respond and sent me a fresh listing as soon as it came on the market.

What stood out most about Shelina was how prompt she was. Being someone who usually get overle anxious, it really mattered that she followed through with what she said she would do. I was also able to call Shelina anytime of the day or night if I had a question bugging me and she was always her happy cheerful self. I really do believe that Shelina was quiet instrumental in helping us to own this home. She went above and beyond and we are eternally grateful.
