Shelby was stellar from start to finish! We recently moved to Red Deer from Southern Ontario, and Shelby's knowledge, professionalism and humour were invaluable to us as we moved through the process of buying in Alberta from out of province. Not only is she knowledgeable about the Red Deer market, but she has a wealth of contacts which proved invaluable to us as we have made use of a home inspector, mechanic, handyman and other service professionals. Her communication is excellent - always responding to questions in a timely manner. We can't imagine using anyone else to purchase a home here!

Shelby did an outstanding and extremely professional job assisting my daughter purchase a house in Red Deer after my daughter had an absolutely horrible experience selling her house prior to purchasing the one in Red Deer. A few months later I decided to retire and move to Red Deer as well. I contacted Shelby and she immediately went to work to find me the absolutely perfect house in Red Deer in an ultra-competitive market. Shelby is not only an outstanding real estate agent but even more importantly in my opinion Shelby is a genuinely great all-around person. I can't thank Shelby enough for going above and beyond to make my purchasing of my new property a truly stress free experience.

Shelby will hands down be my go to realtor for life!!! She made the process so simple. With such a big purchase on the line, Shelby made the process simple and stress free the WHOLE time. She has so much knowledge and knew how to explain things in human terms so we could understand what was happening all along. My husband and I are first time home buyers and we were still figuring out what we could purchase given the current market. Shelby was always ready and available to take us through all kinds of houses at the drop of a hat. She helped us navigate the negotiation process and helped us through making decisions with straight forward answers as we trust her opinion very much and her experience. I cant say enough good things about Shelby! From the first time I spoke with her, I felt like I was working with a long time friend. Buying a house and moving can be stressful, but Shelby put me at ease and ultimately found me my perfect home. Her communication is excellent and she really goes out of her way to find the best homes for her clients. I'd recommend her to anyone!

What more can you ask of a Real estate agent but that she does what she says she will? Shelby Sieppert sold my house for more than what I thought I would sell it for and in less than 10 days! She was fast, professional, fair, and wonderful. She went out of her way to help get showings arranged and even put my dog in the yard (and fed her!!) while I was working and was not available to move her for a showing. Shelby made this process positively wonderful. Selling and buying a house is never easy and can feel invasive, but she made the ordeal a happy experience.
