Having been her client is a good and pleasant experience for me and I would not hesitate in recommending her to the people I know and to others who like to buy and sell their properties. Shayda went beyond the call of duty in selling and buying our property. She was always courteous and knowledgeable with required information and kept us up to date with last minute developments. She helped us with the decorations of the house once moved and that was a big help that counteracted stress and unnecessary complications as my wife and I are senior citizens.
