She even went above expectation and helped us have some large items removed that were left by the previous tenant. Shawna is an excellent real estate agent. She is very professional and friendly. Whatever request I had she responded to very quickly and was happy to arrange and meet with the inspector and several contractor appointments I requested. It was enjoyable working with Shawna and she went above and beyond with the sale of my home, hiring cleaners to have it cleaned for me and paying for a moving van. She also offered to bring her truck and trailer to clean up all the ‘left-overs’ in the yard. I highly recommend Shawna to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.
