Shawna went above and beyond in helping us with our home purchase. She made sure that there wasn't a single I or T undotted or uncrossed. She even went above expectation and helped us have some large items removed that were left by the previous tenant. She made the purchase of this home seamless and easy, she stood up for our rights as home buyers and exceeded all expectations. If you're looking for a realtor, she's the best around.

Shawna is an excellent real estate agent. She is very professional and friendly. Whatever request I had she responded to very quickly and was happy to arrange and meet with the inspector and several contractor appointments I requested. It was enjoyable working with Shawna and she went above and beyond with the sale of my home, hiring cleaners to have it cleaned for me and paying for a moving van. She also offered to bring her truck and trailer to clean up all the ‘left-overs’ in the yard. I highly recommend Shawna to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

She pointed out positive aspects of the property we were viewing, as well as some negative things, such as windows which were steamers. At no time did we feel pressured one way or the other. She regularly sent information to us on properties within the parameters that were interesting to us. Appointments were set up quickly (after the 24 hr Notice Period). We have already recommended her to other people.
