Shaun was honest and up front with all aspects of the Real Estate transaction. He was very knowledgeable about the neighborhoods in Kelowna which helped us tremendously as we were out of town purchasers. He was extremely quick to return calls and messages and arranged for electronic signing of documents to expedite the transactions without multiple face to face meetings. He did not push us to make offers and genuinely listened to us about what we wanted. He made every effort to make sure that we were completely happy and comfortable with all aspects of the deal he was negotiating. We were on a tight schedule to get a purchase done and Shaun got us a great deal. We are extremely pleased with his performance and got a great Condo. Thanks Shaun.
