<p>Purchasing a home was no easy task for our family during the pandemic of COVID 19, but Shaun did everything in his power to make our family feel like our priorities were his priorities. He was incredibly accommodating to both my husband, myself and our two young children. He made this experience as comfortable as we could have ever hoped for and then some. I can honestly say I feel like he did everything he could to help us find the home we were looking for and then follow us through to the end ensuring all details and inquiries were followed through. Shaun was both extremely professional and friendly on a personal level at the same time which was really nice for our family. Shaun was honest and up front with all aspects of the Real Estate transaction. He was very knowledgeable about the neighborhoods in Kelowna which helped us tremendously as we were out of town purchasers. He was extremely quick to return calls and messages and arranged for electronic signing of documents to expedite the transactions without multiple face to face meetings. He did not push us to make offers and genuinely listened to us about what we wanted.
