I spent 7 months looking for a house to buy in a sellers' market and throughout that time, Shaun worked tirelessly showing me properties the length and breadth of the Okanagan, often at short notice. He was always quick to respond to texts and emails, and his help and attention to detail were much appreciated. He offered advice and ideas, and I was confident he was doing all he could to help me find a property in such a crazy market. Shaun is an all-round great guy: personable and friendly, but also professional, organized, and extremely patient, a pleasure to work with, and I'd certainly use his services again.

Moving from another province to B.C. and therefore not knowing our new area of choice too well, Shaun has been extremely helpful and an absolute pleasure to work with! Throughout the entire process of purchasing our new home, he has been highly professional, extremely knowledgeable and at the same time very approachable with excellent communication. We have always felt that Shaun genuinely cares about our vision and has our best interest in mind, which was reflected in his honesty (also about possible down-sides) when discussing potential properties. We could not be happier with Shaun and highly recommend him to anyone in need of a real estate agent!

Shaun was patient, helpful, and very knowledgable. We saw many properties with him and he always gave us his honest opinion. We have had other realtors before, never with this level of care and insight. At times we'll message him after hours and he always responded. He gave advice when asked and helped us weigh the pros and cons of each place we saw. We highly recommend Shaun to anyone who values integrity. He was incredibly accommodating to both my husband, myself and our two young children. He made this experience as comfortable as we could have ever hoped for and then some. I can honestly say I feel like he did everything he could to help us find the home we were looking for and then follow us through to the end ensuring all details and inquiries were followed through. Shaun was both extremely professional and friendly on a personal level at the same time which was really nice for our family.
