Working with our realtor was an outstanding experience from start to finish. He was polite, kind, and incredibly professional throughout the entire process. Communication was always prompt, and he kept everything moving smoothly with impressive organization and efficiency. What really stood out was how reliable and attentive he was. Every question we had was answered quickly, and every step was clearly explained, which made the whole experience feel far less stressful. It was clear that he genuinely cared about doing a great job and making sure everything was handled properly. If you’re looking for someone who is professional, organized, and truly pleasant to work with, I would highly recommend him. First of all, Shaun has such a pleasant, kind, and patient personality. From the very beginning, we felt completely comfortable being transparent with him and openly sharing our requests and concerns -- this made the entire process so much easier for us. We’ve worked with other realtors before, and at times it felt like their main priority was maximizing their commission. With Shaun, it was the complete opposite. When we were trying to decide how much to offer, he actually suggested a lower price than what we had in mind. That really showed us that he genuinely puts his clients’ best interests first rather than focusing on his own gain. After the inspection, when we found items that needed fixing, Shaun was proactive in helping us negotiate fairly with the seller. He made sure the outcome was reasonable and in our favor. He is also incredibly responsive — he replies quickly and we never had to wait around for answers. Kudos for that! Shaun is extremely detailed and thorough. He clearly explained every step and guided us through what was coming next. When our offer was accepted, the “what’s next” email he sent was very comprehensive, even including recommendations for companies we could use at each stage. That level of organization and support made everything feel less overwhelming. Even a week after closing, he still checked in to see how we were doing and whether we needed anything. Honestly, we have zero complaints. Shaun is very humble, down-to-earth, professional, and genuinely kind. We would absolutely recommend him to family and friends — 20/10 experience!

I reached out to Shaun when we were looking to visit for a house hunting trip. He was enthusiastic and friendly from the get-go. He was willing to work with us through our everchanging wants and expectations, and was super supportive when our time line started crunching! He was informative about the neighborhoods we were looking in, Innisfail, Red Deer, Penhold. He was never anything but professional and patient. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy a house! We will be calling on him if we ever decide to sell too, but no plans on that yet!
