Again. Another seamless transaction with Sharon. Was thrilled to be able to use her again when we started looking into rental properties to buy. Lots of knowledge to share and seemed just as eager to get us the house we wanted as we were. There was never any pressure to buy or see houses. Sharon found us our dream home. We relocated from Toronto and had an insane list of ‘wishes’ on our list. She didn’t stop until she found it! We hoped for one or two on the list, she got us them all! When nothing was on the market, she kept searching off market. Anything to meet our criteria. She found it! We walked onto the property and gasped!
